1) What is your return policy?
We try hard to accurately describe our books. However, if you have a
problem with your purchase, please contact us right away. If there is a
problem with condition or if I missed something in describing the book,
we refund purchase price, minus shipping costs, within 7 days of
receipt.
2) Do you combine shipping costs for multiple books?
Yes, we do. The shipping costs for multiple books is automatically calculated at checkout.
3) When can I expect my order to arrive?
Right now, we are shipping books between 1-3 days of receiving your
payment. Your choice of shipping (Media Mail OR Priority Mail), and your location (Domestic or International)
determines how fast your item will take to arrive.
4) Do you have a handling charge?
We build in a minor fee to cover materials and labor. It is transparent to the buyer, and is reflected in the shipping cost.
5) Do you have any limitations as to where you ship?
No. We ship Worldwide, to any location.
6) Do you buy books?
Yes, we are always interested in buying books. Books MUST be from a smoke free environment. We rarely buy paperbacks. Hardcovers must have boards attached. If the book was issued with a dustjacket, the dustjacket should be present (we have rare exceptions to this rule). Condition is the most important factor. Books must be in Very Good condition or better. See our grading guidelines for more information. We do not take books for trade. We do not buy Time-Life Books,
Reader's Digest books,
ex-library books (non-fiction is the exception), romance novels (some rare exceptions also), or Book Club editions.
7) What do I do if I have books to sell?
Please send a book list as an email attachment. Include information on; Title, Author, Publisher, Date(s), Printing information (if known), Condition, and your want price. Attachments can be in MS Word, Excel, html, or simple text. Please do NOT send comma delimited files or CSV files.
8) Do you do book searches or accept want lists?
Yes. There is a Search Form in the navigation menu at left of home page.
